A fit, healthy, experienced, and suitably qualified Captain is required for a private 40-meter motor yacht based in Turkey with annual, single-season cruising. The ideal candidate should hold a Masters 3000 (preferred) or Masters 500gt with 5 years experience in the yacht industry. You should also be active and hands-on, friendly, and of a positive nature. The vessel is family-oriented with a focus on water activities, fun, and safety at all times, so candidates who have a passion for watersports will be well received. There are 8 permanent crew members, including the captain, with an extra crew member added during the season. The expectation is that you will be required to plan and execute owner trips to the highest standards and manage the vessel's maintenance and operation to the best of your ability. Candidates should display excellent leadership skills and an attitude that shows care for the crew, professionalism, and accuracy in all areas.
