A young, eager, hard-working, keen-to-learn, rotational 4th Engineer is required for a MY 100m+ vessel based in the Mediterranean Sea. The vessel has limited plans for 2024 but it has a very active engineering department, making for a superb environment to learn and develop one's skills. There is also a long-serving top-shelf multinational crew onboard and the vessel was built in one of the best shipyards in the world. This role is most suited to someone looking to take on their first role within the superyacht industry and to build their experience and knowledge onboard. Ideally, you should be teachable, fit, positive, and professional with a "how high?" attitude.
