A dedicated, experienced, and suitably qualified 2nd Service Stew is required for a MY 100m+ vessel. The ideal candidate should have a wealth of experience in all areas of service and will play a pivotal role in supporting the Lead Service Stew and managing the service team onboard. The role requires you to have an excellent set of skills with high-end silver service, coffee, wine, flowers, and beverage service. You will also be required to maintain uniforms, inventories, and orders and help train the junior crew members according to the high standards set out onboard. This is an excellent opportunity and a fantastic step for a candidate looking to get closer to the top of the industry on large yachts or to use the experience to launch into a Chief Stew role on a smaller vessel.
