An experienced, suitably qualified, passionate, and highly professional Head of Security is required for a private 100-meter+ motor yacht currently based in the EU. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maritime security (close protection advantageous), with a proven track record on large yachts (80 m+) or comparable high-risk, high-profile environments. This is a top-of-the-industry position requiring an impeccable CV that demonstrates longevity, discretion, sound judgement, and strong leadership. The successful candidate must be capable of managing all onboard security operations, maintaining close coordination with the Captain and senior officers, and ensuring the safety of owners, guests, crew, and assets at all times. This role is suited to an individual seeking long-term commitment to a prestigious and well-established programme. You should be highly adaptable, physically fit, calm under pressure, proactive, and able to add immediate value through experience, situational awareness, and professionalism.
