We are seeking an experienced Watersports Manager to join a 100m+ motor yacht, responsible for overseeing all watersports and beach club operations and delivering a safe, professional and engaging guest experience. This role is at a Bosun level in terms of Rank and involves managing and maintaining the yacht’s watersports equipment while coordinating activities such as scuba diving, jet ski-ing, e-foiling, wakeboarding, waterskiing, towables, paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling. The successful candidate will ensure all activities are conducted safely, assist the deck team when required, and must hold a Diving Instructor certification with the ability to supervise guest diving operations.
The role is due to start either immediately or on April 12th, 2026
