A suitably experienced and qualified Chief Officer is required by a 120m+ New Build vessel which is due for launch in the middle of this year. The right candidate is to hold a Master CoC and have all necessary qualifications, travel documents and certifications up to date.  Reporting to the Captain the ideal candidate should possess a deep set of skills and abilities in the safe management and workings of such a vessel and have the character to take on the responsibility of the deck department, consisting of a team of 20.  This is a top position within the yachting industry and would set the employed candidate on a path to join an elite group of individuals managing and operating some of the most incredible yachts in the world.
 
You are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19.  This is a rotational role 3:3 months.
 
You must have experience as a Chief Officer on a yacht over 80m for 3+ years to apply for this role.

Job Specification

  • Valid STCW '10 Certificates
  • Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
  • Minimum 3+ Years in similar role and rank experience
  • Exemplary crew management and safety administration skills required
  • Excellent ISPS and ISM knowledge and can demonstrate previous track record
  • New build experience advantageous
  • Complete set of skills and knowledge of all water sports
  • Good health and good sobriety
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
  • Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
  • No visible tattoos
