An experienced, highly skilled and qualified Head Chef / 2nd Chef (dual role) is required for a 120m+ private new build vessel in Northern Europe. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar position on a vessel over 80m and should have a diverse range of cooking skills to produce cuisine at the highest level. Excellent management and leadership skills are required for this role, together with being well presented and be willing to give of your best at all times. You should preferably have a notable Chef's qualification or apprenticeship and a proven track record across multiple styles and origins of food.
The start date for this role is 1 May 2022 and you must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
