An experienced, highly skilled and qualified Sous Chef is required for a 120m+ private new build vessel in Northern Europe. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar position on a vessel over 80m and should have a diverse range of cooking skills to produce cuisine at the highest level. You should be committed to supporting the Head Chef at all times and be well presented with no tattoos. You should preferably have a notable Chef's qualification or apprenticeship and a proven track record across multiple styles and origins of food.
The start date for this role is 1 June 2022 and you must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
