An experienced, highly skilled and qualified Pastry Chef is required for a 120m+ private new build vessel in Northern Europe. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar position on a vessel over 80m and should have a diverse range of cooking skills to produce cuisine at the highest level. You should be committed to supporting the Head Chef at all times and be well presented with no tattoos. You should preferably have a notable Chef's qualification or apprenticeship and a proven track record with all manner of pastries, sweets, desserts and baked goods.
The start date for this role is 1 June 2022 and you must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
