An experienced, hard-working, and committed rotational Commis Chef / 4th Chef is required for MY100m+ based in the Middle East with Mediterranean cruising. As part of a larger team, the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an excellent track record on yachts, cruise ships, or within a Michelin-starred restaurant.  You should be a good communicator, with an eye for detail as well as a solid understanding of cooking techniques across a wide range of international cuisine. The higher your qualifications, the better but proven ability through detailed references is required.

All nationalities will be considered. COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement. 
The start date for this role is within the next 4–5 weeks but immediate joining is also available. 

Job Specification

- Valid STCW '10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Ships Cook certificate
- Food Hygiene Level 2 is required
- Minimum 2+ Years in similar role and rank experience on yacht or cruise ship above 60m+ (Micheline star resturant experienced candidates considered)
- Good health and good sobriety
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
- No visible tattoos and no smokers
