A confident, hard-working, sporty, and experienced Chief Officer is required for a private 40-meter motor yacht based in Turkey with annual, single-season cruising. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum OOW but preferrably Chief Mate ticket with good experience in the yacht industry. You should be teachable, good with paperwork and dedicated to ensure the deck team and general operation of the vessel are managed to the highest standards. The vessel is family-oriented with a focus on water activities, fun, and safety at all times, so candidates who have a passion for watersports will be well received. Candidates should display excellent leadership skills and an attitude that shows care for the crew, professionalism, and accuracy in all areas.
