An experienced, highly skilled, and qualified Head Chef is required for a 60-metre vessel currently cruising the Indian Ocean . The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar position on a vessel over 40 metres and should have a diverse range of cooking skills to produce cuisine at the highest level. Passion, energy, and drive are what are required, together with being well presented and being willing to give your best at all times. You should preferably have a notable chef's qualification or apprenticeship and a proven track record across multiple styles and origins of food, with Italian and Spanish food being a priority. There are 15 crew members onboard with minimal dietary requirements. There is a sous chef to assist you and there are normally no more than 6–8 guests onboard. There is a generous guest food budget and a preferred provisioning company in place.
