A newly built large motor yacht is looking for a second engineer on a fully rotational basis. The yacht is currently based in the Mediterranean. The suitable candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience working on similar vessels and should be capable of problem solving on their own. Preference will be given to candidates with commercial tickets (III/3 min) but candidates with yachting equivalent tickets will be considered (i.e. Y2/Y3 or higher). Ideally the second engineer should provide adequate cover for the chief engineer. The vessel is currently used on a private basis. Great opportunity to work on a new vessel with the latest systems.
