An experienced and suitably qualified Nurse / Paramedic is required to join a prestigious, Mediterranean based, new build yacht on an initial 2 month temporary contract, with a strong chance of permanent rotation (2:2) starting in December 2018.  The ideal candidate should have substantial trauma and emergency medical experience, be able to demonstrate an ability to work alone and under pressure and have good spoken and written English.  Experience at sea and/or in a similar position would be advantageous.  A formal medical qualification and all STCW 2010 certificates are required.  The position shall suit a highly motivated, caring natured person who is attentive to detail and a good crew member.

Job Specification

- Formal medical qualification required.
- All STCW 2010 qualifications required.
- Trauma / Emergency medical experience required. 
- Yacht / At Sea experience advantageous.
- Manage medical inventories and medical emergencies
- Report to the Captain and Chief Stewardess
- Willing to work within the Interior Department when required.
- Provide Owner and Guest Medical support
