An experienced, motivated, and reliable Motorman is required to join a prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean.
The successful candidate must hold, as a minimum, a recognised Engine Room Rating / Motorman qualification. You should have proven experience working in a large yacht or commercial vessel engine room environment and be confident with day-to-day machinery operations, maintenance routines, watchkeeping support, and general engineering duties. Candidates holding higher engineering qualifications such as EOOW, MEOL, or SV Ticket Engineer certification will be very well received, provided they are happy to work in a Motorman capacity within a structured engineering team.
The ideal applicant will be proactive, safety-focused, technically competent, and able to integrate seamlessly into a professional, high-performing engineering department.
