Job Advert

A well known large motor yacht (70m+) is looking for a well rounded rotational ETO with significant yacht experience and qualifications to match. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a broad ability with both electrical and AV/IT systems. The vessel is based primarily in the Mediterranean Sea with regular winter refit periods in Spain and France. A formal qualification in Computer Science, Electronic or Electrical Engineering would be welcomed although not strictly required. The candidate will need to join the vessel 1st December 2018.

Job Specification

- Responsible for the maintenance and service all electronic and electrical systems onboard
- Report to the Captain and Chief Engineer
- Work closely with Owners and Guests ensuring maximum up time on all critical systems i.e. internet and streaming TV
- Manage contractors and service providers according to budget and to the highest industry standards
- Maintain efficient ETO Department financial records
- Teachable and personable, with a team orientated attitude
- Committed to advancing ones knowledge and formal qualifications
- Minimum 3+ Years Yacht Experience
