A Mediterranean-based motor yacht (45M+) is looking for a top quality Chief Engineer with a minimum Y3 Certificate of Competency. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and engineering ability, and the capability to maintain and operate the vessels onboard machinery to the highest standards. The right candidate should speak English fluently and should have 1-2 years + experience as a Chief Engineer on a similar size vessel. Candidates which can show longevity will be preferred. The position is available immediately and the joining date is ASAP. The role is open to all applicants form all nationalities.

Job Specification

Valid STCW '10 Certificates
Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
Minimum Certificate of Competency (COC) - Y3
Minimum 1-2+ Years experience on a similar size vessel as Chief Engineer
Good health and good sobriety
Must speak excellent English i.e. 100% Fluent
Must have good written references and contact details must be provided.
