A well qualified, competent, rotational Second Engineer is required onboard a 65m motoryacht based primarily in North America. The right candidate is to possess a hands on approach with a strong mechanical and electrical ability to maintain and operate all of the onboard systems. Reporting to the Chief Engineer you will be required to follow planned maintenance schedules and reporting structures whilst ensuring you work to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This position also requires a very strong AV/IT skill level as the Second Engineer is responsible for all AV/IT onboard. Candidates with a commercial background will be preferred but all applications will be duly considered. Candidates with IDEA planned maintenance experience will be well received. Candidates must possess a B1/B2 Visa.
The start date for this position is the 1st September 2020 but adjustment can be made for the right candidate. If successful you will be required to undergo a 14 day quarantine in a nearby hotel prior to joining the vessel.
