A private residence owned by a Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family is looking for a Property Manager to supervise all the operations of a property in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have good experience managing a similar type of property and have a professional qualification in Hotel, Property or Event management. The role would require managing an existing team of residence staff, maintaining a high standard of residence presentation, supervising contractors for maintenance and repairs, implementing the residence Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), hosting guests and managing preferences, event coordination, property vehicle management and control and most importantly maintaining a professional line of communication directly with the principal. The role will also require the management of the Staff Property and 2 smaller rental properties for guests and family.
You need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and this role starts as soon as possible (notice periods for the right candidate will be considered).
