Job Advert
An experienced, well trained, and committed Pastry Chef is required by a 100m+ motoryacht based in the Mediterranean Sea.  The right person should ideally have Michelin Star experience, have worked on yachts before and is willing to be part of a strong team of individuals producing pastries to the highest standards. You should be able to work autonoumously and take responsibility for all baked goods, pastries, cakes and desserts. 

You must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and the start date is early January 2023.
Job Specification
- Valid STCW'10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Minimum 2+ years in similar role on a yacht or in a land based role 
- Extensive Pastry exprience (Portfolio to be provided of your work) 
- Michelin Star experience advantageous and very well received.
- Candidates are required to work independently and take responsibility for all Pastries.
- Good health and good sobriety
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
- No visible tattoos preferred and no smokers
